Opening Time
Envisage this. You are a DOCTOR... and you are opening a clinic. Now the issue comes what time period should be given, saying when you will be available. At this moment you remember the oath you have taken, the great 'Hippocratic Oath'. Now you will be in a fix...because you took the oath that you will serve your patient any time...and this condradicts you putting that board.
So simply put what has been shown above.

the board infact was put up for the aliens to see... wen they invade the earth....
to show that i am a doctor... a useful creature on the face of this planet... please dont kill me since i take holidays only on sundays...
such brillaint efforts 2 save oneself must b lauded and taught in life-survival classes...
